1. Acceptance of Terms

baji77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill, to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the baji77 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. baji77 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently suspend duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji77 login credentials, including your username and password. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the baji77 platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification: baji77 reserves the right to request account verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary between 1–5 business days depending on the payment method.
• Payment ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baji77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. baji77's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baji77 reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that baji77 deems harmful to the platform or to other players. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable investigation period.

You may close your baji77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of closure.
